Hmmmm....I seem to remember Noire and Vel as having the most notable quotes. Brian threw in a couple, and there was Kel's Tree monologue.*eg* But I dinstinctly remember Noire's and Vel's.
Y'all have already heard two of Noire's more infamous ones. But Vel's "I'M not vicious," (said in high, sweet, alto---COMPLETELY out of character to her usual, lower mutterings) definitely takes the cake for me. I mean, I've already had SO much fun making Velchan remember that particular quote. And she CAN'T get me back for it or she risks proving me wrong. Although, I believe the rest of us realized that vicious and vindictive are two different things. *siddles away from Velchan*
In any case, _I_ believe she's already proven herself wrong. After we'd dropped Kel off at the amtrak station, our little group (Jari and Mori in Freak 1; myself, Vel, Kheltan, and Noire in Freak Leader) headed over to Jari's stomping grounds for a bite to eat before heading home. Well, we had a B&N, or was it B. Dalton's?, detour and a rather interesting meal (whoever heard of Mexican enchiladas the HEALTHY style??? bleh! I ended up paying for two meals b/c of that "health food" stuff). Following that, Noire made a call to Manda, asking her where to deliver our signatured rock.
Well, as we waited for Noire, I decided to poke fun at Vel. "I'M not vicious!" says I, doing an excellent imitation of Velchan's high alto as I danced in front of her and grinned, I may add. She growls, "I'm NOT!" and then, the next thing I know, I've got a sudden pain in my left shin where she'd pulled back and whalloped me with a well aimed kick. I just yelped and skittered over to the other side, all the while muttering how she wasn't supposed to be vicious. She just glared while everyone else sat there laughing and I smirked at her.
Vicious, are we not? *wg*
